本機(jī)適用于高粘度物料(高粘度膩?zhàn)印⒚芊饽z、膠印油墨、膠粘劑)及流動(dòng)性差的物料的擠壓輸送和灌裝，可同時(shí)與三輥機(jī)、灌裝機(jī)及球磨機(jī)配套使用。
本機(jī)備有擠出調(diào)速裝置，可以根據(jù)工藝要求選擇最佳擠出速度，并配備專用拉缸，同時(shí)擠壓盤采用自動(dòng)充氣壓縮膨脹，與缸壁能保持緊密接觸，密封圈采用耐溶劑橡膠，壽命長(zhǎng)。擠壓結(jié)束，拉缸內(nèi)的物料基本能擠壓干凈，大大減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
Applicable for high viscosity (Putty, gasket cement, offset ink, adhesive) and those slow flowing material conveying and filling. Also mating with Three roller mill, filling machine and pearl milling machine.
It's equipped with speed regulator and choose best speed by technology requirement. Also mating with bucket. The extruding disc is automatic air inflation to keep close contact with bucket wall. The gasket is made of anti-solution rubber with long life. The material can be cleaned well when finish to save labor strength.
