本機適用于高粘度物料(高粘度膩子、密封膠、膠印油墨、膠粘劑)及流動性差的物料的擠壓輸送和灌裝，可同時與三輥機、灌裝機及球磨機配套使用。
本機備有擠出調速裝置，可以根據工藝要求選擇最佳擠出速度，并配備專用拉缸，同時擠壓盤采用自動充氣壓縮膨脹，與缸壁能保持緊密接觸，密封圈采用耐溶劑橡膠，壽命長。擠壓結束，拉缸內的物料基本能擠壓干凈，大大減輕了勞動強度。
Applicable for high viscosity (Putty, gasket cement, offset ink, adhesive) and those slow flowing material conveying and filling. Also mating with Three roller mill, filling machine and pearl milling machine.
It's equipped with speed regulator and choose best speed by technology requirement. Also mating with bucket. The extruding disc is automatic air inflation to keep close contact with bucket wall. The gasket is made of anti-solution rubber with long life. The material can be cleaned well when finish to save labor strength.
